New School Walkathon
FAITH IN EVERY FOOTSTEP: SCHOOL WALKATHON, Oct. 2 Mark your calendars! We are walking together to raise money for our new school, and we want our entire school community to join the fun! Families are welcome and encouraged to come walk and cheer us on. Don’t miss it!
Date: Friday, October 2nd
BBQ & After Party: Around 12:00 PM (Noon)

Please keep an eye out for these in your child’s backpack.
We are also working on some super-cool prize incentives—stay tuned! 
WALKATHON ROUTES (All paths will be clearly marked!)Grades K–1: Walking laps right around the school grounds!
Route 1: New Site to Scott’s House (251 Jarvis Bay Drive) — 2 km
Route 2: Scott McDermott’s House to Petro Beach — 4.5 km
Route 3 (Full Route): The entire stretch — 8.7 km
THE AFTER PARTY & PIE-IN-THE-FACE CHALLENGE! Join us around noon for a delicious BBQ and celebration! Plus, students who reach pledge milestones earn the ultimate reward: throwing a pie in the face of a staff member! 
$100 raised: Pie Mr. Fillion
$200 raised: Pie Mr. Doerksen
$300 raised: Pie Mr. Morrow
$1,000 raised: Pie Mr. Krause
and many more staff members!!
It is sure to be a riot of fun! Let’s lace up, raise money, and make memories together. See you on October 2nd!
